    The good thingsthe company give a good benefit like medical (cover for 1 family), good environment, good salary, good bonus, good increment and good incentive. This company also will send for training to polish the skills.

    The good thingsThe Company provide good facilities to staff and organize huge family event for staff and also customer to bond together. The CEO himself is kind enough to spend time listen to staff opinion in order to make the company business boost up as well as making the whole work process run smoothly.
    The challengesThe challenge that i faced when work with this company is the matter of salary payment to sales consultant being delayed as is paid via cheque system. Besides that, too many level to go thru for an approval of every request such as promotion or payment.
