Working at Paul Malaysia was one of the most challenging experiences of my career. Despite being promised a hybrid working arrangement, this was not honored. The work environment was highly stressful, with unrealistic expectations tasks meant for three people were often assigned to just one. I also encountered unprofessional behavior, including manipulation, poor HR support, and instances of verbal disres from management. I would advise future candidates to approach opportunities there with caution.
The good thingsNothing to say as they are very unprofessional management with empty promises.
