Work for experience here is commendable but never go beyond own limits
The good thingsYou'll be doing things beyond your job scope in which you will always learn myriad arrays of new things. The company always delve in IBS Industry which the future of construction lies and offer experience opportunities in said sector.
The challengesBe sure to take notes on the orders/tasks given by superior, be ready to work beyond your job scope and improve upon any mistakes. Always aware of your limits and keep your lifestyle/work balance in check. The company does not own you. Be wary of prejudices and selective favor among colleagues, not everyone have to be special.
