I could train myself to be work in variety conditioned and managing my time in well. Since the employer is a hardworking, so it's become a role for me to achieve his goal to make sure the company can be move to global level.
The challengesThere are many things that should be improved by this company. Since the capacity of this company is 7 man power at most, so there is still a lot of things to be covered up. I am working at this company with 3 position at most which to cover the administration, surveyor and logistic works. It is because the employer still finding the best team to fill in the company to make sure, the company could achieved it mission and goals. Maybe within this 1-3 years the environment of the company would be better.
