    Stress free work life
    The good thingsI had good time working here. Had relaxed working environment and our supervisors did not control too much and was flexible. Sadly the only reason i changed job is because of them relocating. Also the pay was not increased because it was a contract position. Now the company is known as unifi mobile. If there is opportunity, I would like to work here again
    The challengesWish the pantry was improved as the microwave does not work sometimes and the wish the shift hours were not that many, Maybe restricted up to 12AM would have been great

    The good things1) So many inspired peoples and great friends you can meet here 2) Best working environment and culture. Very flexible in terms of timing and attire 3) So lucky working with the best leader (boss) as project manager and great team leader also team members 4) No pressure and well fun place to work 5) Great place to earn experiences

    Nice environment
    The good thingsReally nice environment to work especially for fresh graduate. Some teams would give your freedom to work from home or remote. The benefits given are very nice.
    The challengesSometimes the datelines are not fixed and you will be chased for it. The intake are quite hard as they will go through leasing at first and if there slot then only you will be directly hired. During leasing, you wont get benefits as good as direct hire.

    The good thingsSupervisor guided and taught various important skills required as a telco engineer which includes desktop planning, basic site planning, site survey, equipments related to RF antenna design, business as usual tasks, and anything in between. Worked with individuals which are both professional and enthusiastic.
    The challengesDespite the low allowance provided for internship, the amount of knowledge and training provided is more than adequate to compensate. Interns are required to be open minded and willing to accept criticism for further growth.

    The good thingsive enjoy working in webe due to good environment provided like surau, cafe, gymnasium and complete equipment for the staff. the staggered hours for the staff and to ensure the staff can come to working and manage their time properly. the teammate and the bosses are very helpful and work hard for the team.
    The challengesmaybe the management should give a permanent post for those staff who are holding title a contract staff for more than 2 years
