    It was a great adventure being an intern at this company.
    The good thingsThe staff and other employee was very friendly as well very helpful. The working atmosphere here is fantastic. Many things I have learn during the intership from the production until finishing or the product. It was an amazing experience to be as a part of the team.
    The challengesEvery job was a challenging but in this company the challenge can be settle. As an example, the cleanliness is maintain by introducing the company policy of 5S.

    The good thingsWork Appreciated, Work Repay in monetary terms, and activities such as buka puasa or monthly diner or non work activities which is subsidized by company. Environment not the nicest, as expected from a manufacturing company, but company has been paying attention to employee health( good water filter, toilet,safety uniform.)
    The challengesProduction Factory expected to face repeating issues, which is quite challenging. Routine, boring if your are not interested into production field technology or R&D. Communication, as communicating with different people might not give you the result you yield for.
