Associate Manager, Event & Experiential

You will play an important role in:
- Develop innovative event and experiential campaigns for the organisation as well as customers and partners.
- Plan, manage and execute these plans for seamless execution in all locations
- Manage project and events and deliver innovative and distinctive experiences
- Manage cost for every idea and installation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage overall projects and events campaigns
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Planning projects and event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives; ensuring event is completed smoothly.
- Drive and lead projects according to timeline with solutions and briefs between both internal and external parties.
- On-site inspections, Ensuring projects and events are executed according to approved plans.
- Leading efforts to increase alignment, mutual understanding, and trust between collaboration participants.
- Anticipating upcoming changes in project stages, managing transitions smoothly, mapping a way forward when unanticipated situations arise
2. Events and Promotional development.
- Develop, propose and manage promotional space at GSC locations.
- Provide and manage solution by translating and executing Partner’s needs into plans and packages.
- Develop and manage the execution of these space and plans.
- Working with designer and partners to ensure display, projects and events are accurately represents GSC and partner's Brand.
- Researching and deciding on materials and products sourcing. Elements to consider: safety, visibility, traffic flow, royalties, insurances, comfort and style.
- Sourcing reliable vendors and partners to participate in the campaigns.
3. Brainstorming Events Plans and Concepts
- Brainstorming new projects and event solutions with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Developing innovative event program (in and out of cinema environment)
- Understanding clients' needs and wants
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Leading efforts to mitigate risks and accelerate value creation
4. Manage and provide solution for VM & Planograming
- Develop and provide solutions for VM, Planogram and guidelines to maximize sales and visibility for projects and products.
- Ensure execution has been done according to the approved proposal and timeline for all VM and guideline.
- Strategize and Manage timeline, plan updates and review of the planogram and guidelines.
- Ensure all proposals and solutions have been briefed, approved and shared with relevant partied.
- Consistently explore and audit VM and Planograming at cinemas.
5. Handling Budgeting and Invoicing
- planning and organizing events with attention to financial and time constraints
- ensure planning is undertaken well in advance and events are run within budget set by Project Owners, preparing budgets and ensure adherence
- responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory collateral, giveaways, etc
- looking for and comparing different vendors, booking venues and outsourcing event vendors; negotiating with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Develop and manage overall event, display and social space calendar.
6. Design Building Corporate networks and maintaining relationship
- Initiating new Event Projects that align with Partners’ interest and goal
- Interacting with key decision makers and account-holders
- keeping a great ongoing relationships with partners and offering new ways/opportunities to grow the partnership
- Delivering a good working experience with our partners when working with GSC
7. Contributes to Team Effort
- Accomplish related results as needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pre-requisites:
- Design or marketing related degree or qualifications.
- Has an eye for design and creative work.
- Skill set for managing projects and events.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in related field, preference if candidate has both design and commercial experience.
- Experience in planning and managing events, concerts or activation in related field.
