Key Responsibilities
- To promote company’s properties and services and work towards achieving the sales target as well as high level of customer satisfaction.
- To expand database of potential buyers and to increase sales from existing buyers.
- Close follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities with the objective to close sales.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports, timely update for sales charts, site plans and other records for project assigned.
- Conduct market survey report on customer's needs, property market trends and competitor's offerings for future product improvement and development.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling different types of property (e.g.: residential & commercial).
- Good discipline, independent, result-orientated and passionate in generating sales.
- Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
- Able to speak in Malay and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel and to be based at different sales offices.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
