Inside Sales Representative
About the role
As an Inside Sales Specialist at KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd, you will be a key part of the group’s national key account management team, responsible for proactively engaging with existing customers and prospecting new leads to drive sales growth. This full-time role is based in our Bangi, Selangor office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier to support group’s key clients
- Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Sourcing and preparation of quotation for clients.
- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and expectations.
- Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyse client feedback and spending transactions to make informed strategic decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure a positive customer experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain and sourcing activity, ideally within an industrial or B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
