Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer at Camozzi Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success. Based in Selangor, this full-time position will see you responsible for providing technical expertise relate to industrial automation and consultative sales support to our diverse customer base. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engaging with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Preparing detailed technical proposals and quotations to support sales activities
- Providing post-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with Application and Business Development Manager to develop innovative solutions and improve processes
- Staying up to date with market trends, product developments and competitor activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the mechanical, industrial automation or engineering sector
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex equipment and systems especially involving pneumatics and mechanical design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers at all levels
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the determination to exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent negotiation skill
- A relevant engineering degree or diploma is highly desirable
