Salary package: Up to RM4200 (subjected to interview performance and experience)
Working Days and Time: Monday - Friday (Onsite), 9:00am-6:00pm
Start date: November 2024
Main purpose of the roles:
The roles are responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the policy servicing and agency team to ensure smooth daily operations. The candidates should be analytical and detail-oriented, reporting to the respective managers for administrative duties, and for financial tasks, such as processing payouts and overseeing office expenses.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the life/ health insurance industry would be advantageous
• Relevant experience in commission handling, particularly in insurance or intermediary business
will be an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Possess good email etiquette with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and handle work pressure with a positive and can-do attitude
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and achieve the desired outcome
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight timelines
