- Provide customers with fast, efficient and professional services; answer questions relate to products and platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and questions and provide timely feedbacks to relevant departments.
- Assist customers to complete registration, transactions and other operations, and provide technical support.
- Record customer needs and suggestions to help optimize products and services.
- Maintain active interaction with customers and establish customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Those with customer service experiences and background in digital assets or related fields are preferred.
- Good communication skills and service awareness, be able to handle customer problems calmly.
- Familiar with office software and customer service systems
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a working language is required to liaise with China counterpart
- Have a serious work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and patience.
