ADMIN COORDINATOR (HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION) 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely coordination of recruitment process from advertisement until candidate report duty
  • Ensure all the Manpower Request which are received is properly organized
  • Ensure timely preparation of candidates appointment letter
  • Ensure proper updates of employees Personal File
  • Maintain high level of customer service

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline and approved by Malaysian Government
  • Experience in the human resource field would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken  Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision 
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 

 

Position offered is on contract for one ( 1 ) year prior to the absorption into permanent post which will be subjected to the job performance.
