Assistant Front Office Manager - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible to support the Front Office Manager in the smooth running of the department. The Assistant Front Office Manager will have an oversight of the Front Office associates, cash control for Front Office associates, manpower needs and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, associates development and scheduling.
Qualification• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
• 2-3 years in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
