Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct Market Research to identify potential clients, market trends and potential areas for growth.
Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
Stay updated on industry trends, news and developments.
Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and establish new connections.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations and proposals.
2. Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach and networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Explore potential partnerships for business collaborations and joint ventures.
3. Client Relationships Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Develop, negotiate, and finalize business proposals and contracts in alignment with both organizational and client requirements.
Assist with tender strategies and manage the tendering process.
6. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Operations Team) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
8. Feedback and Improvement:
Gather client feedback to improve our products/ services and sales processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with the team.
Perform ad-hoc duties if required.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Self-driven, adaptive and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (Preferred).
