Job Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales, market shares, distribution for assigned territory, and productivity objectives set by the company.
  • This is accomplished by efficient coverage & implementing all aspects of sales operation initiatives. 
  • To assist in identifying current gaps and implementing new initiatives to achieve trade execution and availability excellence.
  • To learn about industry trends, competitors, and market needs.
  • Shadow experienced sales team members during client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Practice basic sales skills by interacting with customers under supervision.
  • Gather customer feedback and report on customer needs and preferences.
  • Assist senior sales representatives with tasks like preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Supported organizing and managing sales materials and documents.
  • Observe the complete sales cycle, from initial customer contact to post-sales follow-up.
  • Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery.
  • Gain hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, objections, and negotiation.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

 

Others Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG beauty or personal care sector. 
  • Recent graduates with strong interpersonal and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-up.
  • Motivated to enhance communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Displays a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Can speak and write in Mandarin for on job purposes
