Customer Service - Customer Facing (Call Centre & Customer Service)

$900 – $1,200 per month (SGD)
Responsibilities:
- Enter customers’ orders in time to ERP system, support customer order entry
- Sales orders processing and monitor delivery of outstanding orders for the team
- Updating of standard order pricing and enquiries in professional manner
- Work closely with customers and Account manager on a daily basis related to orders
- Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of order to meet delivery datelines
- Perform other administrative related duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Good ability to work and multi task in a fast moving environment
- Strong people management skills, independent, analytical and problem solving skills
- Friendly and supportive attitude towards colleague and customer
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Able to start work on short notice
