Responsibilities:

  • Enter customers’ orders in time to ERP system, support customer order entry
  • Sales orders processing and monitor delivery of outstanding orders for the team
  • Updating of standard order pricing and enquiries in professional manner
  • Work closely with customers and Account manager on a daily basis related to orders
  • Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of order to meet delivery datelines
  • Perform other administrative related duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Good ability to work and multi task in a fast moving environment
  • Strong people management skills, independent, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Friendly and supportive attitude towards colleague and customer
  • Able to communicate in spoken and written English
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Words
  • Able to start work on short notice
