RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-commerce Sales Team

  • Monitor Business Extension Performance Growth and progress
  • Managing strategic relationship with business partners (Food Panda, Grab Food & etc)
  • Liaising with vendors on all the promotions and menu update.
  • Develop and liaising with relevant department for promotion, menu and POS integration
  • Propose and Plan promotion strategy to ensure achieve monthly target.
  • Weekly Sales report with promotion analysis and outlets performance update
  • Report Management related to business extension sales, marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
  • Develop, educate and enforce online SOP for better operation execution
  • Coaching and guide operation team on online platform issues
  • Weekly Competitor Analysis

Education Programme and Catering Project Lead

  • In-Charge of event or catering arrangements and execution.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirement to ensure service provided meets customer’s satisfaction.
  • Location and space arrangement with outlets.
  • Quotation preparation and payment follow up.
  • Stock, Labor & Production planning and arrangements.
  • Ensure to deliver the right and good product.
  • Monthly Sales report submission to Finance.

Government Liaison Bodies

  • To liaise and work closely with local authority or government bodies on any business related matters
  • Build rapport and networking
  • Maintaining the legal documentations and information

Customer Services (Feedback and Relation)

  • To liaise with customer on any feedback received for recovery process
  • Entertain incoming calls from customer
  • Coordinate with Operations team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Subang Jaya
