PARTS & SERVICE ASSISTANT
- To record all parts warranty claim and prepare submission.
- To investigate problems, prepare reports, obtain solutions and make recommendations to HOD in order to solve customers' complaints.
- To monitor and analyse market competitors' activities and to provide relevant report and information to enhance sales productivity.
- To issue service job card, parts requisition order and related documents.
- To provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and warranty claim.
- To support existing branch admin, parts & service administration work.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
