The Human Resources Officer assists the Human Resources department by fulfilling various Human Resources functions primarily in People Movement, Employee Engagement, Employee Well-being, and Administration.
What will I be doing?
As the Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Attending to team members' queries and offering help.
• Assist with the payroll closing process including verifying attendance, overtime, and claims.
• Assist with promoting Employee Engagement activities including planning, execution, and communication.
• Responsible for HR Office Stationery procurement.
• Positively communicate with team members, join communication meetings to listen to team members’ voices and reply appropriately, and promptly share any information, suggestions, and comments with the HR leaders.
• Responsible for the prompt posting and updating of other information in the back of the house.
• Design posters, creating video content, write articles, and make other collaterals for HR-related activities
• Ensure that staff facilities and areas are in good condition.
• Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations.
• Participate in HR projects/initiatives.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What are we looking for?
A Human Resources Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Associate degree and above.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with computer office software ie MS Office Suites and Canva application
• Possess basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Team player who is open-minded and easygoing.
• Willing to take challenges and accept new assignments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs
• Ability to speak the local language
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
