Job Responsibilities :
- Must be able to perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assiatant to Directors
- Organise meetings, appointments, coordinate business schedules, company events, travel arrangements for Director
- Organise and manage confidential documents and information with utmost descretion, correspondances, records and maintain an organise filing for smooth data retrival.
- Must have high level of integrity, self motivated, proactive, willing & able to work independently and with other as team
- Must be attentive to details, positive thinker with multi tasking abilities.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact profesionally with business associates, management & staff.
- To be amiable, professional & approachable at all times
- To undertake any other tasks / assisgments assigned by the Director from time to time.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Must be excellant in both writen & spoken of Mandarin
- Must have excellant computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & others programme.
- Willing to travel / work on weekends / working after office hours as requested by Directors
- Must have good personalities and attitude.
