POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

  • To provide excellent customer service to passengers and stakeholders. 
  • Providing efficient customer service as well as art and performances to airport users around and outside traditional information counter services.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Queue Management - To assist in queue management  to minimise congestion within CEM responsibilities.
  • Crowd Management - To support CEM in passenger-related issues and crowd control within CEM responsibilities..
  • Elevator Attendant/ Concierge  - To assist customers with operating the lift, whilst attend to passengers' enquiries on way findings and airport facilities.
  • BE - To assist ""passenger with special needs"" in Butterfly Effect (BE) related activities.
  • Providing Information - Attend to passengers' enquiries on way findings, airport facilities and other passengers' issues.
  • RTB / RTC - Handle Return to Bay (RTB) and Return to Choke (RTC) cases and/or assist CEM in incidents, accidents, emergency situations, and fallback procedures.
  • To perform other duties assigned and instructed by Superiors.
