Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service or relevant studies
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport with valid driving license
  • Willing to work on the 2 shift : 8am - 5 pm and 11am - 8pm
  • Willing to work on Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Description:-

  • Handle daily customer calls/feedback/enquiries
  • Update public complaints in SWM complaint system
  • Constantly monitor and follow up actions with CRM Executive at branches
  • Check voice message on daily basic
  • Check Whatsapp for any complaints/enquiries and act accordingly
  • Submit relevant reports to Customer Service Manager on daily/weekly basis
  • Update tyre breakdown case in the relevant management system
  • To perform/assist in any task as instructed by CRM Manager as and when needed
