About the role
Weitat Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Admin Clerk to join our team in Melaka. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing
• To open cash bill, delivery order, invoice, etc.
• Require to learn product names/models/descriptions for opening bills.
• Performs clerical tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, handling office equipment and maintaining office supplies.
• To handle general administration of office.
• To handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Works under the supervision of senior staffs and prefer a quick learner.
• To perform other relevant duties when needed.
• Data entry for inventory, pricing updating and other relevant task.
• Able to start work with short notice will be an advantage
• Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing reception duties and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Supporting the implementation of administrative procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn
