Sales Engineer- Penang (Hybrid)

Tasks & responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business, hunting for new opportunities and closing deals, visiting a minimum of 15 customers per week
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or requests
- Prepare and demonstrate technical concepts and product information to customers. If required, together with TAS department
- Build/maintain and ensure excellent relationship with existing customers and partners
- Take ownership for revenue, profits and to achieve your defined sales targets
- Promote and Market Balluff Products and solutions through various channels
- Plan/organize/participate in Trade fairs/Trainings/Road shows etc.
- Gather and provide feedback on market intelligence for competitor’s activities
Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least a minimum of Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant certifications
- At least a minimum of 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates that have the passion and hunger are also encouraged to apply!
- Achieve annual sales target and develop business opportunities
- Obtaining new leads and business development
- Building and maintaining excellent relationship with customers
- Plan customers visit and provide weekly plan on Monday
- Weekly report to sales team on every Friday
- Meeting MAPP objectives
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage for business requirements
