Business Development Executive
Job Description
The Sales Operations Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Sales & Client Partner leaders in Southeast region by streamlining processes, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to overall sales efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Market research & Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline in CRM and assist in tracking.
- Strong in performing Market Analysis and research for the southeast region.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Proposal and Presentation Support:
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
- Work on open tenders and assist till the submission and further follow-up.
- Connect with multiple teams globally and to understand organization offerings and have repository.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up notes.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Provide administrative support to account managers, including scheduling meetings, managing client communications, and tracking customer interactions.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Networking & Seminars :
- Attend different seminars, workshop and functions as needed for networking.
- Coordinate and organize sales events, conferences, and webinars and related logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has 3-4 years of working experience in Sales/Sales Ops/Business Development/Client Services related.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin or Japanese as the third language.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Ariba, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Open for frequent travel for business meetings in Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
