Sinoshine Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced in Administrator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and office support to our senior management, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
- Handle various administrative tasks, including communication, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Provide office support to multiple executives, ensuring efficient time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Assist in organizing events and related matters.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform general office duties, such as answering calls and welcoming visitors.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office support in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability identifying and filling variety of documents including, commercial, technical and project management minutes of meeting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Consults with subject matter stakeholders in order to understand project management tasks and ensure execution appropriately
- Proficiency in MS-DOC / MS-PPT
