Corporate Psychologist, Counselor, Clinical Psychologist

Important Highlights:
- Position is open for remote and on-site position, based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia (candidates willing to relocate will be considered)
- All benefits, allowances provided
- Working hours - 5 days a week (24-7 Rotational Shifts)
Work Scope Includes:
- Conducting virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions and group counselling sessions.
- Organizing wellness group sessions and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly event
- Designing wellness calendars, presentations, reports, and materials in collaboration with the Team Wellness Lead.
- Offering positive assistance and information to agents based on their needs.
- Developing action plans for problem resolution, including crisis situations.
- Educating clients on effective coping strategies and stress-management techniques.
- Conducting assessments and coordinating referral options.
- Maintaining 24-7 rotation based on operations requirements and working in a team
- Maintaining confidential customer and client records by professional ethics and codes of practice.
