Our client is seeking for a Senior Financial Services Consultant (SFSC) to join their company!  

 

What you’ll be doing?   

  • Drive Product Sales: Market and sell a diverse range of Bancassurance life insurance products to meet the needs of existing and potential bank customers.
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of your branch.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer professional guidance and recommend appropriate financial products based on each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Branch Managers and Banca Business Managers to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Deliver excellent after-sales service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Leads: Efficiently plan and follow up on all leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Performance Review: Regularly review your performance with the Branch Manager to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all licensing and CPD requirements are met to maintain your ability to sell Bancassurance life insurance products.

Who are they looking for? 

  • Educational Background: Candidates with a minimum of SPM qualification (5 passes, including Bahasa Malaysia) or a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Bancassurance or related sales roles.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Malay to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
  • Insurance Licenses: While not required, candidates holding full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have a competitive advantage.
