Senior Engineer, Quality System
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality System (Customer Interface) (Main)
Plant wide process FMEA master moderator and FMEA consultancy
- Drive multiple cross functional teams for a full FMEA review
- Lead, train and align FMEA requirements with a group of process and equipment FMEA owners
- Plant wide FMEA promotion as risk assessment tool.
Lead, communicate and implementation of Quality agreement and customer specific requirements (CSR).
- Coordinate review of agreement and customer specific requests
- Review agreement and CSR and implemented and provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Analysis CSR
Develop and submit PPAP documents to meet customer requirements.
- Support/Lead customer meetings, reports and requests
- Ensure customer reports are updated on timely basis
- Coordinate (including reporting) and liase with respective area owners on the customer’s requests.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer
- Coordination on any customer conferences pertaining to the Appointed training coordinator for Quality
- Drive, create, follow up training required within Quality department
Quality System (Backup)
- Coordination and update on the customer survey/customer contacts
- Administer and monitor the implementation of document management information system (DMS) to meet the needs of manufacturing operations.
- Support on cleanroom monitoring and control, including ESD.
Others
- To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying with quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
- To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying with the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
- Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
