Role Overview

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing our B2B customer base while ensuring smooth operational processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

*Sales*

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers to expand the business.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

• Collaborate with the team to identify market trends and customer needs.

 

*Operations*

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and distribution.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure resolution.

• Monitor and manage customer payments, ensuring timely collection.

 

*Digital Marketing & E-Commerce*

• Assist with minor online and digital marketing initiatives to promote the brand and attract new customers.

• Support the management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and updates.

 

*Qualifications & Skills*

• 2 - 3 years experience in sales, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges in a startup environment.
