Job Scope:
Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings.
Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Responding to requests for help and information.
Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions.
Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front office role.
- A friendly and welcoming approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be considered an advantage.
- Must be able to work on shift, on weekends, and on public holidays.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Part-Time & Internship are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work in Penang island.
