Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:-
- Oversee daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring it is well-maintained and in optimal condition.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process until conversion.
- Provide support to sales agents by conducting briefings, addressing their inquiries, and assisting in converting leads into sales.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the superior/manager.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and designers to ensure the timely and quality completion of marketing collaterals, campaigns, events, and activities.
- Travel to various project sites as needed to provide on-ground sales and marketing support.
- Represent the company at roadshows and events, actively engaging with potential customers and promoting projects.
- Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing activity outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and marketing activities.
- Support the team in managing budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the property industry.
- Candidates with experience in property sales coordination, marketing events and promotions will have an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to be based at Setia Alam.
