Senior HR Generalist

Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

 

  • Take charge of talent acquisition, of direct & indirect labour, up to salaried staff level.    
  • Take ownership of foreign labor management including hostel management, permits renewal and recruitment & offboarding of foreign labor processes. 
  • Take ownership of payroll administration including compliance to all statutory requirements & relevant reporting within the Group, ensuring high quality of reporting at all times. 
  • Execute agreed training plan and take charge of logistical support of learning needs. Ensure learning records are with high level of accuracy for reporting purposes. 
  • Ensure HR processes are well documented and audit-ready at all times to support all internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensures implementation of Group performance management system to measure employee’s contribution and create a performance driven culture.
  • Responsible for the planning and organization of employee engagement activities.
  • Support in the execution and follow-up of Employee Engagement Survey to improve employee engagement level. 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the company's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. These activities may include: office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; record management; cleaning, canteen, security, and etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements for internal customers. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks which might be assigned from time to time.
