We are expecting talents responsible for
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics
- Implementing new sourcing methods and job advertising options
- Coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participating in job fairs and career events
We are looking for talents with
- Bachelor Degree
- 8 years or above recruitment/search & placement experience developed in MNC/boutique firms is a plus
- 5 years or above team management experience
- Proven track record in revenue generation
- Knowledge in Malaysia Employment Ordinance & CPF Ordinance
