Public Relations & Corporate Communication Executive
We are a growing training provider looking for a versatile, results-driven Public Relations & Marketing Communications Executive to manage our external communications and assist with event management. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging newsletters, managing social media content, executing email campaigns, and coordinating events.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications:
- Design and distribute newsletters to external audiences.
- Create and post engaging LinkedIn content to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Manage email campaigns, including writing, scheduling, and analyzing performance.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Develop email campaigns and create content for social media pages, i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Assist with content management on the company website.
Event Coordination and Management:
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of event sessions.
- Assist on the event day, ensure it runs smoothly, and manage registration for on-site or virtual events.
- Prepare and inform attendees via email marketing.
- Gather post-event evaluations from clients, attendees, and staff for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, event coordination, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Interested in playing a vital role in executing strategic marketing initiatives and visually representing the brand.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media, email marketing platforms, and essential design tools (e.g., Canva).
- A responsible person with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
