A Japanese Logistics company in Malaysia offering a range of services including shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain management and warehousing solutions.

 

Job Description:-

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales & marketing and Customer Service to achieve individual and team goals. 
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business
    objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the profitability of campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide forecasts, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all activities.

 

Requirements:-

  • At least 6 years of experience in logistics sales or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team performance and productivity metrics.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Budget adherence and ROl of marketing promo.
  • Japanese skill is added as advantage.

 

Additional Information:-

Industry : Freight Forwarding

Location : Selangor

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
