Service Manager
RM 2,200 – RM 3,300 per month
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across the front-end, customer service, cashier, and cash office teams.
- Ensure smooth customer transactions by addressing escalated issues, resolving complaints, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage cashiering operations, including accurate cash handling, balancing tills, and overseeing the cash office's compliance with financial procedures.
- Train, guide, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards and deliver excellent service.
- Monitor and analyze front-end performance metrics to optimize staffing, reduce wait times, and improve efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding customer service, cashiering, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations.
- Handle recruitment, scheduling, and rostering to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and special events.
