In this full-time position based in Kajang, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions. What you'll be doing

  • Calculating, preparing and making transactions for monthly Payroll
  • Reconciliation of Payroll and GL for yearly audit and EA forms
  • Assist with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and providing general administrative support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
