Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure the information flow smoothly and effectively to support the decision making and strategy developing,
  • Act as a primary point of contact between all sales person, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion,
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives or managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, prepare reports, documentation and PowerPoint presentation,
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion, 
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination of projects and initiatives to ensure performance hit, 
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and project planning, 
  • Assist in all ad-hoc assignments. 

    Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, 
  • An energetic personality with can do attitude, 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively, 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, 
  • Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrity, 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & bilingual would be an added advantage.
