Application Maintenance/ Production Support (L3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end application support for systems related to Investments and Wealth management.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and optimize DevOps practices.
• Manage and automate software deployment processes using ALDON on AS400 systems.
• Monitor application performance and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
• Document support processes, deployment workflows, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on Investments and Wealth management systems.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with ALDON for automating software deployment on AS400 platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial services, specifically in the Investments and Wealth domain.
• Experience with troubleshooting application issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of AS400 systems and associated workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their integration with DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices.
• Certification in Investments & Wealth management or related fields is a plus.
