Who are we looking for: 

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our partnership team.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with educational consultants, universities, and colleges to promote our accommodation services. Your primary goal will be to expand our reach in the education sector, increase our customer base, and build strong relationships while developing strategies and ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach study abroad educational consultants (universities, colleges, private institutions) to establish and strengthen partnerships.
  • Work closely with consultants to understand their clients' accommodation needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting accommodation services and creating effective partnership models.
  • Provide detailed information about available student accommodation options, including residences, apartments, homestays, and private rentals, ensuring they meet the needs and budget of students.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in student accommodation preferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educational consultants to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Motivate the partnership lead generation teams, track performance, and report metrics.
  • Attend conferences, workshops, webinar and other industry events to network with educational consultants and establish new partnerships.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the customer service team to address any accommodation-related concerns promptly. Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from educational consultants and contribute to the improvement of our services.

Requirement: 

  • At least 3 years of experience working in education industry or study abroad agency  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This is a remote based position 
  • Preferably candidates residing either in Penang or Johor or Malacca and is willing to travel and cover the other regions 
  • Willing to work on weekends (case basis) & willing to travel
