Sale Officer – Parts & Equipment
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Officer - Parts & Equipment to join our dynamic team at UMW Equipment Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Equipment and/or Parts, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Vacancies are available in Serendah, Kuantan, Ipoh and Bukit Minyak.
What you'll be doing
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for equipment and/or parts in compliance to Company policy and to act within company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- To provide comprehensive market coverage and provide excellent and trusted customer service through effective and efficient execution of action plan.
- Upsell/cross-sell parts bundles, maintenance packages, and extended warranties.
- Maintain good relationships with key decision-makers and resolve clients concerns swiftly to ensure repeat business and referrals.
