Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to meet business goals and ensure high performance.
  • Account Management: Oversee multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and within budget.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use data to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a must.
  • Integration Tools: Leverage digital marketing platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and SpyFu to analyze market trends, track competitor performance, and perform keyword research for effective ad targeting and SEO optimization.
  • Social Media Optimization: Improve the performance of social media accounts, using analytics and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, ensuring LARUS Limited stays ahead of the curve.

 

Requirement and Skills

  • Experience: At Least 3-5years of experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads with a proven track record in optimizing campaigns and managing multiple accounts.
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong experience in using marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Moz, and SpyFu for campaign optimization and competitor analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive campaign performance.
  • B2B Expertise: Experience in B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Can speak English and Chinese
