As we expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, build relationships and contribute to our ongoing success.

 

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals and objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to close sales effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and generate leads, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Attend industry exihibition events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.   

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of  5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
