About the role
We are seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join our dynamic legal team in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing practice, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of residential and commercial property transactions.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing conveyancing documentation, including sale and purchase agreements, land title searches, and transfer documentation
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents
  • Coordinating with the relevant authorities, such as the Land Office, to complete property registration and transfer processes
  • Maintaining detailed records and files related to conveyancing matters
  • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed

 

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or in a similar role within a legal or property-related environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in using legal and property-related software and databases
  • Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant property laws and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
