Job Description: As a Retail Sales Ambassador at LA BRAND, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect bag, provide product knowledge, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Host live streaming sessions to engage with customers and promote products.
- Participate in the creation of product videos and daily short videos.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
