About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Indoor Sales Executive at AA Alive Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding urgently and following up on leads. To call back and close sales. 

What you'll be doing

• Proactively reach out to leads - provided by the company- to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Participate in sales training programs to enhance your skills and stay ahead of industry trends

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in an indoor sales or customer service role, preferably within the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales situations
• Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on sales performance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
