FULL TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST ( ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND)

Join our friendly team at Dentco Smile Sdn Bhd as a full-time Dental Receptionist in Kuching, Sarawak. In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm, professional and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing patient appointments, handling booking requests and maintaining schedules
• Collecting and processing patient information and documentation
• Handling billing, payments and insurance claims
• Ordering and managing dental and office supplies
• Providing general administrative support to the dental team
• Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

• Willing to learn, responsible, teamwork and punctuality
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle a varied workload
• Proficient in using computer systems and dental practice management software
• Flexible and willing to work weekends
• A friendly, professional and proactive attitude
