PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE (BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION)

You will be remunerated with good salary & income based on your effort:-

• Basic Salary
• Commission per unit
• Incentive trips
• Extra Commission if achieved Monthly Sales Target

So what is your role about?

• ·Attend to sales inquiries, including call-in and walk in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target.
• To execute marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by the Company
• Organise and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
• To prepare sales kit and marketing collaterals
• Build and maintain good relationship with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty
• To achieve sales target
• Attend to customer complaints and liaise with the respective departments to resolve problems or complaints if any.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, it is a basic + commission-based position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, a team player and able to work independently
• Must work during weekends and public holidays.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess own transportation
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Work Location: TTDI
